We look forward to partnering with you in promoting your event. Before submitting, please read the following guidelines:

Calendar submissions are $5 per day, unless you are a current broadcasting client.

Our calendar is designed to showcase public events taking place in the Santa Fe area only. Examples of acceptable events include festivals, sporting events, traveling, temporary exhibitions or shows, gallery openings, concerts, performances, or other forms of artistic entertainment that may be of interest to a large number of people in the community.

All calendar submissions are carefully reviewed by's editorial team. Images used on the calendar must be 630 pixels wide by 338 pixels high (or 28:15 ratio) or the images will not display properly. You must have full rights to the image you submit. Hutton Broadcasting is not responsible for any potential copyright violations for calendar images.

Businesses who post events on our calendar are also eligible our newsletter which showcases weekly top events, blogs, new businesses and more. Please expect to hear from an executive on our team to learn more about what can offer your business.
