Marcy Compound is a single level unit and has easy access to the private parking area. It has a King master bedroom with private bath and a 2nd bedroom that has a split king bed that we can make into 2 twins. There is an adjacent full hall bath. The living room is nicely furnished with comfy sofa & 2 recliners to sit back and watch TV or listen to your favorite CD's. The condo faces north and has a nice covered portal area with great views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a formal dining area so everyone can enjoy a meal together. All linens & towels are provided along with firewood in the winter months only. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed at the owner's request. This property will sleep 6 with the sofa sleeper, (2 twin beds can be converted to a King to accommodate couples).
