Perfection. When it comes to food, such a word is constantly begging to be redefined. That’s why our menu is always changing. Because every time you dine with us, we hope to raise your expectations of just how good life can be.
Acclaimed as “hot as can be” by Santa Fean Magazine, Amavi is an instant classic, a new locals favorite, and a must for anyone visiting Santa Fe. Chef/ Owner, David Sellers, creates “Regional Mediterranean Cuisine,” focusing on French, Italian and Spanish influences, using highly seasonal, local ingredients with a menu that changes almost daily. Our style of food focuses on great ingredients simply prepared, paired with fine wines, decadent ever-changing deserts, warm, romantic atmosphere and impeccable service.
Just one block southeast off the Plaza, Amavi offers fine dining as well as a new sophisticated lounge and bar serving a full menu.
Our Sommelier, Mark has put together a new season of wine classes to get the new decade started.
The classes have moved to tuesday nights and are still at 5:45 PM. The price has stayed the same at $15 per person and includes six wines to taste. Remember if you stay for dinner you will recive 15% discount on your dinner.
