Tim Galvin

Tim Galvin comes to Santa Fe Properties with over thirty years experience in the resort and home-building industry. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing for master-planned communities and resort properties, as well as market research, sales training and advertising / public relations. For the last year, Tim was a managing broker for Las Campanas Realty, and held similar positions at golf course communities in Truckee, California and Carbondale, Colorado. His experience also includes working for builders in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as Palm Springs and Orange County, California. Tim has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and was a past president of the Southern California Sales and Marketing Council. Tim is also a founder of HomeAid, the building industry program to help the transitionally homeless, now a nation-wide program.
