Sales and marketing have been Ernie's forte for nearly 40 years and client satisfaction has always been his goal throughout his career. Helping buyers find exactly what they want in a home is always his focal point and nothing makes him happier than when that objective has been attained ... because at that point he has befriended his buyers and has started a lifelong bonding friendship. 

Service is what he is recognized for with all of his clients ... whether they are Buyers or Sellers of new homes, existing homes, vacant land, ranch land, farm land, recreational properties, wilderness cabins, timeshares, commercial or industrial properties, condominiums, townhomes, or even new developments. Being in the business for nearly 20 years Ernie has groomed himself to explore all venues of real estate thereby not limiting his knowledge of the different facets of the business. This profession can change and does in a flash, so staying current and on top of all the dynamics of Real Estate is of utmost importance.  If Ernie does not know the answer to a question regarding real estate he has a wealth of libraries with answers as well as a vast number of peers and fellow associates that he can rely on and utilize to find the correct answer for his clients. Getting it right is always the best deterrent to failure and, of course, avoids mistakes. 

Some of Ernie's passions when away from the job (although that hardly ever happens as he is always in real estate mode), are golfing, water skiing, snow skiing, bowling, traveling, and enjoying time with his friends. The love and central focal point of his life are his two beautiful and successful children Damian & Diondra, of which the latter has blessed him with his two beautiful and loving grandchildren ... Gavin & Alena!
