All Things Real Estate - March 3, 2013

Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday join your show host, Sotheby's International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post, for the launch of the new two-hour broadcast of the program! In the first hour of the show, joining Rey in offering commentary about the March 9-10 annual "Home Show" to be staged at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center, are Kim Shanahan, of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association and Mary Blake Butler, Chairperson of the "Home Show" Committee (All Things Real Estate will air a remote broadcast on March 10 from this major event under our "Unique Destinations" show series). Eric Burton and Skyler Wildenstein of Empire Trust, Inc. will discuss trust related matters of interest to every home owner. Ron Blessey of Home Buyers Mortgage, will offer timely lender information in the "Ron Blessey's Mortgage Minute" segment, while Joe Miller with Accountax Enterprises, Inc. provides his weekly tip for real estate buyers, sellers and home owners as they prepare for this year's tax season. Sam Lunt of Gardensong Landscape Design will offer useful suggestions on getting landscape prepared for the spring, while Rod Gesten of Planet Forward, LLC will provide commentary on his company's unique and cost-saving energy assessment program for homes and commercial buildings. In the show's "Open House of the Week" segment, Rey will speak with fellow broker Shane Cronenweth about the attributes of 1109 Don Cubero Avenue. As always, Rey welcomes listener email questions and comments during the broadcast.

In the 2nd hour of the show, Rey welcomes special guest commentators, Kathy Roberts (Trust & Financial Advisor), Steve Riemann (Licensed Real Estate Instructor & Title Insurance Expert) and Tom Simon (Property Management Professional) for the inaugual roundtable broadcast of the 1-2pm broadcast of the weekly program.
