He’ll even unpack valises and have travel-weary clothing pressed!

The check-in procedure at The Hacienda in designed to be a luxurious, seamless experience. Upon arrival, guest will be greeted by their butler. He will personally escort them to their rooms, help them settle in, offer to unpack, then note the newspapers of choice and any other special needs, such as reservations or other arrangements. Once credit-card information is taken, check-in is complete. And it’s the only check-in ever needed at The Hacienda. From that moment on, each guest’s information and special requirements will remain on file. On the next visit, the room-complete with all those special touches that create “your home-away-from home” will be ready and waiting.
