“If these walls could talk”, the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza spans 400 years of Santa Fe history preserving many of the architectural elements, including some of the original adobe walls of the 350-year old Ortiz Hacienda, home of Santa Fe’s “first family”, on which the hotel now sits.

Our Award winning Pinon Grill is located in the oldest part of Casa Ortiz. A traditional kiva fireplace enhances this warm and relaxed atmosphere. Serving classic western cuisine, guests choose among entrees including the finest choice beef, free-range poultry and fresh seafood. Grilled selections are masterfully cooked over aromatic hardwoods.

When planning an event or meeting, the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza offers over 8,500 square feet of versatile meeting space, staffed by attentive and friendly personnel.
