A regional, recreational cooking school spcializing in foods of the Southwest, for over 20 years!  Learn from talented chefs while having fun in the kitchen.  Classes, both demonstration and hands on, are offered several times a week.  We also offer Restaurant Walking Tours where you can meet some of Santa Fe's top chefs and try some of their delicious food.  The adjacent MARKET is filled with New Mexican products, cookbooks, and cookware.  Join the fun!

The Santa Fe Culinary Academy is one of the Capitol’s newest and most ambitious professional endeavors. Located in the heart of the historic district, on the top floor of the Plaza Mercado building the SFCA will offer community cooking classes, a 50 week professional program, dining experiences and a one-of-a-kind event space to Santa Fe locals and out of town guests alike. Our culinary classes are designed with three distinct markets in mind; amateur/home cooks, professionals seeking further education and individuals with professional aspirations.
