A regional, recreational cooking school spcializing in foods of the Southwest, for over 20 yearss!  Learn from talented chefs while having fun in the kitchen.  Classes, both demonstration and hands on, are offered several times a week.  We also offer Restaurant Walking Tours where you can meet some of Santa Fe's top chefs and try some of their delicious food.  The adjacent MARKET is filled with New Mexican products, cookbooks, and cookware.  Join the fun!
