We will give you a program and measurements to match your fitness and health goals – ie., skiing, golf, fat loss, weight gain, balance, strength, flexibility. Maybe you just want to be able to get off the floor or couch. The great thing is: the programs are all cardiovascular. They build strength, muscle, flexibility, endurance and power. You will be doing interesting things with dumb bells, free weights and multi tasking machines – not sitting on a bike or trudging on a treadmill forever. The programs are fun and varied. We give you a new program every 6 weeks. Just wait until you meet the interesting people we have here, ages 10 to 91, having fun while getting healthier.
