City Recreation Division to Offer Outdoor Recreation Classes
Registration Is Now Open for Fitness Hiking On the Dale Ball Trails, and Introduction to Urban Fitness Walking Classes
Santa Fe, NM – September 14, 2011 – Fitness Hiking on the Dale Ball Trails is a six-week series of classes which meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. This is a high-intensity class designed to improve aerobic fitness. Fitness Hiking on the Dale Ball Trails requires pre-registration, the cost of the class is $35.00
Introduction to Urban Fitness Walking is a free, one-hour entry-level class, designed to serve as an orientation to fitness walking. Learn about local parks, trail systems, proper equipment, goal setting and more. Check class times and days on the website, www.chavezcenter.com.
