It's wintertime, but your local farmers and ranchers are still working hard to bring you the freshest and most nutritious food available. Some products in season include potatoes, carrots, onions, greens, sprouts, winter squash, cabbage, hydroponic tomatoes, apples, cheeses, eggs, honey, baked goods, sustainably raised chicken, lamb, pork, beef, buffalo, and yak, dried spices, teas, osha root and other medicinal herbs, jams, salsas, body care items, and much more. Winter Farmers' Markets are 8am-1pm every Saturday in the Market Pavilion in the Santa Fe Railyard.
