What You Need to Know (and Do) to Best Protect Your Assets

Two upcoming seminars in Santa Fe will address some of today’s most important issues in estate planning and long term care insurance. The seminars, which are open to the public and free of charge, will feature presentations by John Wheir, an attorney at Modrall Sperling who concentrates in estate planning and tax law and Karin Wrasman, CASL, CLTC, a Long Term Care Insurance Specialist at Northwestern Long Term Care Insurance Company.
The seminars, entitled “Strategic Planning for a Secure Future”, will be offered on two dates: Tuesday, June 5th from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. or Wednesday, June 20th from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Both seminars will be held at Hotel Santa Fe at 1501 Paseo De Peralta in Santa Fe.

These seminars offer a unique look at estate planning and long term care insurance -- and offer attendees the chance to hear the insight of two leaders in these areas and ask questions during the interactive presentation. John Wheir has been advising clients for more than 30 years on their complex tax matters and estate planning as well as having served as Deputy Chief Counsel for the NM Tax and Revenue Department. Karin Wrasman, a leader in the area of long term insurance issues, will offer an important look at what long term insurance is -- and how families can make decisions that best meet their needs..
