Santa Fe Independent Film Festival presents
An Evening With Ti West and two screenings of SACRAMENT
Ti West is one of the most exciting genre directors of his generation, a writer-director-cinematographer-editor-actor who has built some of the scariest, twist-jest horror films of the past decade. His films INNKEEPERS, CABIN FEVER 2 and HOUSE OF THE DEVIL, as well as segments in THE ABCS OF DEATH and V/H/S, have built him a cult following of young cinephiles. His latest, SACRAMENT, is his most ambitious, accomplished work yet, an ingenuous and terrifying exploration of a Jonestown-like cult.
Ti will introduce a 7:00p film, followed by a Q&A led by SFIFF executive director Jacques Paisner, and introduce the 9:15p. The 7:00p film is a fundraiser for SFIFF, with the $15 tickets benefiting the festival, and will be proceeded by a reception with local craft beers (in honor of Ti's supporting role in DRINKING BUDDIES). Drink a beer, get scared, ask Ti a question and support the film festival! Ti will also introduce the 9:15p film, which is ticketed at normal CCA prices ($8-$9.50).
