Event Description

The Taos Art Museum at Fechin House is pleased to present a special exhibition dedicated to the American artist Eugenie Fish Glaman (1872 – 1956). Known for her etchings and paintings of animals, Glaman pursued her specialty at the Art Institute of Chicago and in the studios of master artists in London and Paris. Her sensitive, deftly crafted artwork is represented in the collections of the Smithsonian Museum; Illinois State Museum; Illinois State Library; Philadelphia Museum of Art; and the Weisman Art Museum, as well as the Taos Art Museum at Fechin House. Glaman prints will also be on sale in the Museum Store.

Exhibition dates: November 19, 2013 through March 2, 2014
