Steps from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, families can gather inside the restaurant’s elegant interior or outside, on its vibrant patio and dine on internationally acclaimed Executive Chef Juan Bochenski’s 3-course prix fixe menu or an à la carte menu. From the prix fixe menu, Dad can enjoy Paella made with aromatic saffron rice, chicken, mussels and chorizo, freshly prepared by a cook on the outdoor patio. The à la carte menu features the Anasazi Restaurant’s signature Southwestern flavors, with Dad’s favorite dishes including a Grilled Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin and a perfectly Grilled Prime Buffalo Burger with Applewood Smoked Bacon. To top off the celebratory meal, Dad can indulge in a delicious slice of Olive Oil Cake or gourmet Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
