This Thanksgiving, gather with loved ones to enjoy an unforgettable Thanksgiving Day lunch at one of New Mexico's most highly acclaimed culinary destinations: the Anasazi Restaurant at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. For the occasion, the Anasazi Restaurant’s renowned and talented Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has created an elaborate three-course prix fixe menu featuring Thanksgiving favorites with a slight New Mexican twist, such as Organic Roast Turkey with Green Chile Stuffing and Cranberry Relish and Smokey Pumpkin Bisque with Green Chile and Spoon Bread Croutons. Providing the perfect sweet topper to an appropriately indulgent meal is a selection of decadent fall desserts including Pumpkin Crème Brulée with Tropical Fruits and Biscotti and Macadamia White Chocolate Cheesecake with Assorted Fresh Berries and Raspberry Puree.
