This Thanksgiving, come out from behind the stove and gather with loved ones to enjoy an unforgettable Thanksgiving Day dinner at one of New Mexico's most highly acclaimed culinary destinations: the Anasazi Restaurant at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. In celebration of the holiday the Anasazi Restaurant’s talented and sought-after Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has created a special three-course prix fixe menu complete with everyone’s favorite Thanksgiving day dishes with a slight New Mexican twist. The featured favorites include Organic Roast Turkey with Green Chile Stuffing and Cranberry Relish and Smokey Pumpkin Bisque with Green Chile Pancetta and Polenta Croutons. For the final bites of holiday indulgence, diners can please their palettes with homemade desserts, including Pumpkin Crème Brulée with Tropical Fruits and Biscotti and Macadamia White Chocolate Cheesecake with Assorted Fresh Berries and Raspberry Pu ree.
