Swing Soleil hits the Zia Diner stay with its special brand of gypsy jazz for an evening of fun music that reminds listeners of days gone by from the early to mid 20th century.
Swing Soleil is an all-acoustic swing-jazz manouche band whose members have been impressing audiences in New Mexico with enthusiastic performances, unique arrangements and virtuoso musicianship. This band plays diverse compositions ranging from 20th century jazz to swing standards by composers such as Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Fats Waller, Duke Ellington and others.
