Spotlight on Young Musicians

Event Description

The Santa Fe Youth Symphony Association brings American Idol to Santa Fe in the form of a fabulous concert that spotlights the best and brightest young musical talent in northern New Mexico. The evening will be hosted by the charismatic Joe Illick from the Santa Fe Concert Association and the performances will be judged by Kirt Pavitt from the Santa Fe Opera, Greg Heltman from the Santa Fe Symphony, Dan Allinder from Santa Fe High, and Margaret Carpenter from Santa Fe Talent Education,

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 performances:
1st place: Robertson and Sons Violins $200 prize
2nd place: Jackalope $100 prize
3rd place: Santa Fe Youth Symphony Association Artistic Director $50 prize.

Adults: $10, Students: $5, 5 & under: free
