These 17 short films, shot between 2004 and 2011, were produced by a variety of sources, including Al Jazeera International, students in documentary classes at the Independent Film and Television College (IFTVC) in Baghdad, and the German Institute of Human Rights and Goethe-Institut Irak (as part of the project Human Rights Matter). Each short film opens a window into the life of ordinary Iraqis.
