Sandra Duran Wilson’s solo exhibition of mixed media on panels and canvas is inspired by her interpretation and experimentation with materials. “Science influences my painting, not only through concepts, but by the physical properties of the mediums.” Similar to the rainbow colors and reflective nature of prisms, the works are comprised of beads, embedded glass on cast acrylic panels of different levels – which reflect and bend the light providing the viewer with a holographic visual experience.
