The internationally acclaimed Pajama Men--Albuquerque natives Mark Chavez and Shenoah Allen--are bringing their weird, wonderful brand of character-driven sketch comedy to their home state. Performing in nightclothes, as their name suggests, they've sold out shows in London and won top awards at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. "These 'Pajama Men' are full of eyes-wide-open hilarity," said the Chicago Tribune. Presented by The Lensic and FUSION Theatre Company.
Appearing in this thrilling, time-warped, layered, joke-ridden tale, the Pajama Men, made up of Shenoah Allen and Mark Chavez, will be musically accompanied on stage by the very talented Kevin Hume. Together the duo play various roles, including those ofJane (who would eat a spider to fit in with the cool kids), Nadine (whose arm is missing and she wants it back), Franz (whose biggest problem is life is too easy) and a procrastinating King (who has only 700 years to get things together because if he doesn’t, it’s certain death for everyone. The characters' seemingly unrelated storylines come crashing together in typical Pajama Men fashion right at the very end.
