Begin 2014 in the most memorable and magical of ways by enjoying a decadent New Year’s Eve dinner at the Anasazi Restaurant located at the legendary Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. In celebration of the New Year, the Anasazi Restaurant is serving an elaborate three-course prix fixe menu created by its acclaimed and talented Executive Chef Juan Bochenski, and accompanied by Cuban music from the Santa Fe-based band Savor. Highlights of Chef Juan’s festive menu include Grilled Vermont Quail with Fig Financier, Blue Cheese Arugula Salad and a Port Fig Reduction as well as a mouthwatering Grilled Angus Tenderloin and Fois Gras with Huitlacoche Tapenade, Short Rib Tortellini and Baby Turnips topped with Malbec Sauce. Of course, no New Year’s Eve celebration is complete without a sweet treat, and for this special evening, Chef Juan has prepared several homemade desserts, which include Flan and Dulche de Leche with Vanilla Chantilly, Ch ocolate Crumble and Mousse.
