Do you want to learn how to muscle-test yourself and others?
If so, come to this workshop where you will learn 3 different methods of muscle-testing. In order to stay healthy, we need to tap into that wisdom and find a way to communicate with our body. Muscle-testing is such a way.

Muscle-testing will help you simplify your life. You will be able to identify which supplements, herbal extracts, and homeopath remedies your body needs. You’ll be able to identify if a substance is good for you or not. You will also learn to test statements about your personal life and make the right decisions.

The instructor, Elfa Martinez’s, primary mentor on muscle-testing was Madeline Goulard, D.C. She owned and operated the Simple Life Health Center in Ojo Caliente, NM. She used the Applied Kinesiology (muscle-testing) method of determining the use of remedies for her patients. Her main goal was to teach her patients to take care of themselves through muscle-testing.

Limited to 6 people. Please bring a gallon glass or plastic bottle, with about a quarter amount of spring or filtered water. This will be a fun class!
