This Mother’s Day, treat the most important woman in your life to a delicious brunch at the Anasazi Restaurant at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. Let mom relax in the restaurant’s elegant ambiance surrounded by the music from guitarist Roberto Cappochi, as she enjoys a special three-course prix fixe brunch menu carefully prepared by internationally-acclaimed Executive Chef Juan Bochenski. Menu highlights include the restaurant’s signature homemade tortilla soup, followed by the crab cake benedict served with sautéed spinach and topped with guajillo hollandaise sauce. Top off the celebration with mango crème brulee served with coconut sorbet and a pistachio biscotti wafer and a glass of sparkling wine for mom and dad.
