During this lively, experiential training Bill Stierle you help will gain a greater understanding of why you and your partner think, react and communicate the way you both do. Working with your most difficult and challenging relationship struggles, you will develop new communication skills that you can take home and apply immediately.

Throughout the training, Bill combines two powerful techniques:
1: HBDI - the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument - a process that helps participants understand the power of thinking styles in personality, leverage individual strengths, and reduce struggle within the relationship. You will experience how to appreciate each others ‘Super Power’.
2: NVC - Nonviolent Communication - developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, NVC is a process that offers simple yet effective communication tools that restore connection and deepen the quality of intimacy that you long for. You will experience how to face difficult conversations head on with emotional safety!
