Event Description

One mile walk from the Santa Fe Train Depot (410 S. Guadalupe St.) to the NM Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Dept. (1220 S. St. Francis Dr.).

WHY:To protest the attempt by the Oil & Gas Industry to overturn NM‛s PIT RULE, which provides for proper waste water disposal while fracking for fossil fuels.

The Climate Change Leadership Institute (CCLI) is a civil society based non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the climate crisis and spearheading the clean energy revolution. With these aims in mind, we do annual direct action projects, give out seed grants and leadership awards, offer student internships and stewardship workshops, organize the annual Climate Ride event and provide streaming ways for you to demonstrate personal responsibility (see below).
