Join Estrella Del Norte Vineyard and Chef Rocky Durham for the second of our “La Noche Dulce” wine and chocolate pairing series. This series will be featuring treats from the ChocolateSmith in Santa Fe.

Ever since the first grape was picked and the first cacao bean harvested, chocolate and wine were meant to be together. Our wine and chocolate pairing event is perfect for beginners and experienced wine and chocolate tasters. Chef Rocky will teach you how to expertly pair wine and chocolate, creating new and unexpected tastes that delight the senses.
