Soul Kitchen is a band from New Mexico that along with award winning soul vocalist, Hillary Smith, create a dynamic blues sound. Their newest CD, No Easy Way, was rewarded five 2009 NM Music Awards, including Best of the Year.
Third Ear Caravan describes themselves as "a blend of "everything familiar but nothing you've ever heard" combining the recycled essence of the music of the 60s and the 70s with a freshness that is natural and new. Our lyrics explore the poetry of everyday life shared by each of us. Kiki Przewlocki might be singin and playin her rhythm guitar on an original song reminiscent of early Jefferson Airplane or Bonnie Raitt or our rockin' rhythm section, Kelley Wright on drums and Calvin Hall on bass will get you jammin' to a tune that is just good ol' -you-can't-beat-it rock and roll!"
