Event Description

Join Connie Henry, ND, CPH, RN for a  fun look at nutrients as "good foods, good moods", the functional benefits of foods from the earth and what herbs are good for young people. Also, a mini-first aid chest for the family.

Cost $10 per person. No cost for NAHA members. Meet at The Farm Shop but class will be held in the Greenhouse Solarium.
