Join Chef Rocky Durham and popular opera lecturer, Mark Tiarks, as they bring this classic opera to life through story, conversation and food. Chef Rocky's inspiration for the La Traviata menu comes straight from the streets of Paris... 19th century Paris that is! Each course served is based on a different version of Parisian-style fare.
Class participants will learn the background and story of the opera and dine on a festive menu, all in time to depart for the evening's performance!
