Get a energy boost with these workshops focused on healthy eating.
Presented by Homegrown New Mexico. Raw foods expert Mathew Sherrill will discuss the beneficial bacteria we receive from fermented foods and their importance for our overall wellness. He will teach us a simple and effective way to make make traditional sauerkraut, kim-chi, and kombucha.
Mathew Sherrille is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. He is inspired by living foods and their positive effects on mind, body, and spirit.
