In honor of Earth Day, the Anasazi Restaurant has designed a special three-course prixe fix menu, featuring dishes that celebrate New Mexico’s delicious culinary bounty and reaffirm the restaurant’s commitment to using fresh, local ingredients. The new Earth Day menu highlights seasonal produce and ethically-raised meat, served elegantly with signature Southwestern flavors. Menu highlights include a celeriac and pear soup with sherry molasses and a free-range New Mexico roasted lamb with eggplant puree and jalapeno croquettes. Rounding out the meal is a fresh and decadent strawberry vacherin with jasmine ice cream.
