Audio Revolution on Museum Hill

Connecting Artists, Empowering Youth

A listening event in collaboration with Youth Media Project of Santa Fe and N’MPower of Albuquerque

Event Description

This free event premieres the media projects created by participants in N’MPower’s HIV/AIDS advocacy, education, and community outreach program. Members interviewed local artists with work on view in the Let’s Talk About This exhibit. Following the radio broadcast will be a Q & A with project participants. The program will air subsequently on KUNM, KSFR, and KRZA and be posted on the Public Radio Exchange, PRX, for broad distribution.

N’MPower has been empowering 18-29-year-old gay, bisexual, questioning men and transgender individuals of New Mexico since 1997.

Youth Media Project celebrates youth voice through training in the craft of communications and in addressing local and global issues affecting their lives. More information may be found on the Project’s website:
