Round out everyone’s favorite winter holiday by indulging in a special Christmas Day dinner at the Anasazi Restaurant, located at the legendary Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. For the festive occasion, Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has created a three-course prix fixe menu featuring elegant entrees and dishes infused with his signature Southwestern flavors. Begin the Christmas feast with a rich Crab and Sweet Corn Soup with Toasted Chile Cashews and Crab Salsa, and then indulge in a decadent Angus Beef Tenderloin and Foie Gras with Caramelized Onions, Potato Gratin, Huitlacoche Puree and Pinon-Bacon Sauce. Chef Juan’s Chocolate Crème Brulee with Rasberry Profiterol and Vanilla Custard is the provides the necessary dash of sweetness to complete the perfect Christmas Day.
