The Anasazi Restaurant’s acclaimed Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has crafted a delicious and innovative prix fixe menu for the occasion that features traditional brunch fare infused with his signature Southwestern flavor and skillful touch. Get enough sustenance for the long day from decadent dishes such as Blue Corn Crab Cakes with Parsley Aioli, Blond Frisee Salad and Orange Poblano Dressing and an indulgent Lobster Green Chile Breakfast Burrito.
