• Are you tired of feeling depressed, anxious, angry, frustrated, or any other suffering emotion? It is not what is happening in our lives that creates our pain and suffering, it is how we perceive what is happening that is the true source of the pain. Just like a furnace or oil filter, over time our mental/emotional filters gets clogged up with “guck.” The only way to create a different experience is to clean out the filters through which we perceive what’s happening. Join us for a fun, energizing talk about changing our thoughts and changing the way we feel on a daily basis.

Women's Health Services is sponsoring activities to celebrate women and girls and promote healthy living and wellness. Our mission is to encourage women to take a week to focus on their own health and to remember that taking care of themselves is essential to living longer, healthier, and happier lives.
