“Celebrating the CCC”  Symposium

Event Description

In conjunction with the exhibition "New Deal Art: Furniture & Tinwork of the CCC", this symposium presents scholars, conservators and curators discussing the role of the CCC in preserving and reviving the traditional arts in New Mexico.

Bettina Raphael, Conservator; William Wroth, PhD, independent curator; Gary Roybal, Bandelier National Monument; and Robin Farwell Gavin, Curator, MoSca, moderator.

The symposium is sponsored by the New Mexico Humanities Council, Bandelier national Monument, and the Spanish Colonial Arts Society.
