February Gospel Brunch with Boris McCutcheon and the Salt Licks.

Boris and his bandmates play the famous Cowgirl Gospel Brunch from the Townes Van Zandt songbook, with some original Salt Lick songs to perk up your ears.  One of Boris' musical influences, Van Zandt is a hero to many other songwriters.  Steve Earle has done an album of Townes covers while Nancy Griffith, Norah Jones, Butch Hancock, Guy Clark and lots of others work, play and write in his debt.

With members of his band The Salt Licks (Susan Hyde Holmes, Brett Davis, Kevin Zoernig, Paul Groetzinger), and guests who sit in, Boris McCutcheon's afternoon sessions bring a country spirituality to your Sundays.
