Debuting in conjunction with the Santa Fe Opera's 2013 Festival Season, opening June 25th, the new Aria dessert Menu offered at the Anasazi Restaurant’s bar serves as a delectable finale to each stunning performance of the famed opera festival. This new menu features a selection of Executive Chef Juan Bochenski’s mouthwatering desserts, each intelligently paired with a glass of wine to bring out the unique flavors of the dish and serve as a luxurious ending to a warm, summer night at the opera. Guests can choose from a Chocolate Fudge Brownie, elevated with a topping of Cajeta Ice Cream and paired with Susan Balbo Late Harvest Torrontes 2009, or delight in a Mango Crème Brulee, served with a refreshing Coconut Sorbet, Biscotti Wafers and a glass of Oremes Tokaji Aszú 2006.
