Event Description

East coast poets Joan Houlihan and Jeffrey Levine will read from their newest works. Afterwards there will be a Q&A.

The poets are in the area to teach at the Colrain Poetry Manuscript Conference, held over the September 20-23 weekend at Truchas Peaks Place.

Joan Houlihan is founder of the Colrain Conference and author of four poetry collections: Hand-held Executions, The Mending Worm, The Us, and Ay (forthcoming in the fall from Tupelo Press).

Jeffrey Levine is a core faculty member of the Colrain Conference, an editor, publisher of Tupelo Press, and author of three poetry collections: Jubilo, Rumor of Cortez & Mortal, Everlasting.
