Are you able to define your customers by either demographics (e.g. age, income, education) or psychographics (e.g. interests or likes such as enjoying outdoor activities, photography or fine wine)? This knowledge is foundational to identifying the easiest path to growth through customers.

Once you understand your customer mix you will be able to develop pinpoint strategies, marketing plans and sales tactics to attract the customers that will most desire your offerings.
