Welcome to SantaFe.com's blog about all things food-related in Santa Fe. From restaurants to farmers markets, food purveyors to growers, chefs and bakers to baristas and sommeliers -- we'll cover it all.

As a former newspaper food editor and a writer who's written about food for The New York Times, Sunset Magazine and numerous other national, regional and local publications, I will take you on a journey through the culinary capital of the Southwest. We'll explore new restaurants, Santa Fe food trends, favorite local dishes, food events, farmers and where to find the best red and green chile. We'll track those elusive supper clubs that pop up every now and then, and keep you informed about who's cooking what where. You'll meet some of the city's most acclaimed chefs, as well as emerging culinary talents. We'll even include recipes so you can recreate some of Santa Fe's celebrated fare. Had a recent dish that you'd love to know how to make? Email us the restaurant and what you ate there and we'll do our best to track it down for you.

Santa Fe is a world-class culinary destination with hundreds of restaurants to sate every palate. Count on Edible City to keep you up to date with what's happening in Santa Fe's food world. We'll take you inside Santa Fe restaurants, behind the scenes at food festivals like the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, and into some of the best food purveyors in town. Feel free to send us ideas for blog topics, including recipes for your favorite foods, whatever they may be!
