Topic: Santa Fe Barman

When my friends at Hutton Broadcasting asked me to be a part of the new Santafe.com, I didn’t say “yes’, I said ‘Hell Yes”.  I have been doing cocktail blogs for Forbes.com and myself (www.santafebarman.com) for a while now, which has brought me some amazing attention around the country. However to be a part of a hometown project is always the biggest honor.

I’m Chris, aka The Santa Fe Barman, Bartender, Bon Vivant, and all ‘round cocktail geek.  I started tending bar while paying my ways through college, and never gave it up.  I was born in Tennessee,  grew up in small town Georgia and found my way to Santa Fe some 15 years ago.  I have worked in all kinds of bars and clubs:  from fine dining to strip bars and everything in between.  I love cocktails, I love tending bar, and I love the good life.  And that is what you’re going to find here: spirit reviews, event coverage and the ways cocktails have shaped our history.

Currently I am the Mixologist and Bar Manager of Secreto Lounge at Hotel St. Franics.

So Cheers, Santé and Salud,  Santa Fe.  Come and have a drink with me!
