Biography

I'm inspired by rocks, geologic landforms, and the changing landscape over time - and consider myself a lifelong student of the earth.  Thus, my photography has a geologic bent, often focusing on unique rock formations, textures, and landforms.  Fortunately, these are not hard to find in New Mexico.  I enjoy being in the field even in harsh weather conditions, especially for those moments just before or after a storm, when the lighting can be magical and the clouds providing added drama to the landscape.  So you get a little wet...  I print almost exclusively on professional matte canvas, using HP Vivera archival inks.  Prints can be purchased separately, or mounted on heavy-duty stretcher bars.
