Gloom Be Gone

The burning of Will Shuster's Zozobra is staged each year by the Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe, as a fiery and exciting kick-off to the annual Fiestas de Santa Fe. The burning will take place on Friday, August 29, prior to Labor Day.

Bandstand Live!

The 2014 Santa Fe Bandstand returns to the historic Plaza with free, live evening performances running through August 28. The last performance of the season will be Joe West & Friends (August 28).


Aspen Santa Fe Ballet presents an encore performance of the July program featuring Princess Grace Award winner Norbert de la Cruz III, work by choreographer Jirí Kylián and the newest ballet by Nicolo Fonte (August 30).

Fiesta de los Niños

This weekend El Rancho de las Golondrinas will host a Children’s Celebration. All children 12 and under are admitted free to the museum's games, crafts and entertainment for the whole family (August 30 & 31).

Fiesta de Santa Fe takes place on the Plaza, offering a weekend filled with entertainment, Spanish dancing, Mariachi music, art and craft booths, parades and ceremonies with a costumed Don Diego De Vargas and a court of the Queen and Princesses of the Fiesta.
