Sue Garfitt has been in real estate full-time for over 30 years of which over 23 years have been spent in Santa Fe. Sue came from a background in Education, and in 1977 became a realtor in Denver Colorado. Specializing in residential real estate, new construction, and land sales, city-wide and particularly in Eldorado and the surrounding 285 corridor area as well as in Santa Fe. Sue also represents three of Santa Fe's exceptional contractors, Adobeworks,Inc., Sam's Construction and Shaylube Construction each with their own building techniques and styles.
