Gallery Chartreuse is proud to announce that painter Daniel Bethune has been selected as a finalist artist for the Biennale Grande juried exhibition at The Hubbard Museum of the American West in Ruidoso Downs, NM. Two oil on linen landscape paintings by Bethune have been selected and will be exhibited at the museum between January 30th and April 11th. The Biennale Grande is a juried fine arts competition that seeks to recognize and honor excellence in the contemporary visual arts of the American West.

The Northern New Mexico Art Catalogue & Gallery shall present ten Art Scholarships to Qualified Young Artists between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age living in Northern New Mexico.
Each Outstanding Artist chosen shall be awarded an Art Scholarship of $2,000.00.
The most recent recipient of the Art Scholarship, Justin Jew, is a 16 year old sophomore attending Manzano High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Justin began his love of photography only a few years ago, at the age of 13. He grabbed a camera to capture the most beautiful scenes of a snow storm near his home. Justin's favorite form of photography is landscape and loves the outdoors, hiking, and nature. He exclaims that "What God has created is amazing to my eyes, there is no other artist better than him."
